| I am from a European background and Mark is American. we love travelling. We love all of Europe!!! We met in India, and we love Asia !!! We worked in Bali for five years.
We are in absolute awe of the beauty of America and its people. New Zealand was a real discovery..Australia is very good too..specially Melbourne.
So... if the conditions are right, and we have an exceptional clear communication about our personal preferences, about our properties and its manuals.
I can not see were we can not have a great time home away from home. We love to get away for at least 4 weeks minimum. |

We prefer to stay in a quiet street relatively close to the most popular sites. We need a house with a good garden where our children can play safely.
preferably near some form of public transport, but if we have a car this not so vital.
We would like a shorter stay in Paris, which would be quite different from the quieter house swap of a smaller town, say in the south of France or England. In Paris we would like to be nearer to the centre of the city if possible . ..... but please tempt us with a surprise .

We would love to swap with someone who has a private boat, yacht, etc. as Giovanni loves being out on the water.
Locations in Australia - Margaret River, Melbourne, Sydney (we're in Sydney all the time) especially.
We're not interested in offers of the east coast of Australia - we live in Byron Bay and get enough east coast action as it is.
We also have no interest whatsoever in suburban life, so please don't ask us to swap with you if you live in the suburbs!
We are also genuinely open to offers and love being inspired to go somewhere completely new that we'd never imagined. Definitely nothing surburban though ... we are not suburban people! |
