| We are planning to go to Sydney mid April to June (2. school term) or mid July - September 2011 (3. school term).
Apart from that we are open to any suggestions anywhere in the world (Europe, Asia, Australia, USA, Canada or elsewhere), preferably during the school holidays (see below). Just tempt us.
English and Spanish speaking countries might be possible outside of school holidays, if we can enroll the children in school there.

| We are 2012 open for other destinations in Europe like Ireland or Cornwall. If not this year perhaps next. We're interested in places that offer both, urban culture and nature. While we love France and Italy, we are really open to other destinations besides those listed as our preferences. We usually like to exchange for 2 - 3 weeks. 2010 is already done !!
We prefer a quiet relaxing situation and we are sensitive against traffic noise. In summer we like to stay in a house near the coastline and beaches or lakes in short distance of a village or town. |

We would like to spend 2-3 weeks between mid-June and mid-August 2010 in FINLAND or in SWEDEN (house or mökki/sommarstuga with sauna near the sea or near a lake). We know Finland very well and have already rented or exchanged "mökki" in different regions in the past. Minä puhun vähän suomea :-) We have also alreday been in Schweden a couple of times.
ICELAND could also be a very nice alternative!
If you live by the sea or near a lake somewhere else in EUROPE (Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Greece...) and if you are interested in discovering Munich (Monaco di Baviera/München) and Bavaria, you can also contact us about an exchange during the Summer 2010 or later!
We are also OPEN TO ANY DESTINATION for long week-ends during the year (Northern Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Czech republic, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Norddeutschland ...). Don't hesitate to send us your proposals for 2010 or 2011!
In case you are interested in visiting Munich during the Oktoberfest (the world's biggest folk festival!) at the end of September / beginning of October, we could discuss this possibility. |
