We are from Montreal,Canada and I want to know if you have any interest to exchange your place with our condo in Puerto Vallarta located directly on the ocean. We are planning to be over your place around the 10 th of december 2010 for a week.We are a couple (58,51)and we have a small dog traveling with us. I have a lovely 1 BR condo in Manhattan that I rent out...and I want to swap my lovely 2 BR condo in Puerto Vallarta so I have a place to stay in Manhattan. The Manhattan condo will be available for rent Sept. 1 - it's on the Upper West Side in a good building on Central Park West at 97th Street, 2 blocks from WHOLE FOODS....

It has a SPECTACULAR VIEW OF CENTRAL PARK from the 19th floor. It's a good space for one person & I've had, at 2 different times, a couple who moved in together and later got married! But too cozy for 2 roommates who are not in an intimate relationship. It's a really nice place, good kitchen, good storage, good closets. $2600 month....
Once I get this place rented out, then I can go back to Puerto Vallarta....My home exchange could be concurrent or non-concurrent. |
