Our home is ideally located since you are in the center of most tourist attraction. It's only 20 minutes from Cape Town City center (south), 5 minutes to beach (with beautiful view of TableMountain) 30 minutes from WineLands (west).
The house is quite modern with with leather furniture and abstract art. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 office, a dining and lounge, a nice open plan kitchen and a developing garding (3 years). We have a heated pool (6x3 mtrs) and BBQ is also available. The house is only 3 years old in an neighbourhood of 10 years old.

We are originally from the Netherlands and we moved to South Africa 4 years ago. Jan (29) has his own company in the e-commerce and internet services industry. Elisabeth (30) is working as a consultant in process engineering.
We both like to hike, surf and other outdoor activities in general.
