I love my apartement. It's cosy, colourful, quiet, warm and comfortable. And it's small. It's perfect for a couple (I mean: you have to share the bed - if you are just friends or relatives and you don't mind, I don't mind either :-) or a single traveller.
The apartement is located on the ground floor (sunny!) of a tipically coloured three-storey house in the neighbourhood of Pigneto, south-east of the Central Station (Termini).It has been completly renovated in 2009. There's a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette. You can also find a washing machine (there's a little backyard where you can hang the washing), microwave, TV, DVD player, WII, Stereo and Internet WiFi.
I am nonsmoker and request no smoking at home.

The Pigneto is a multi-ethnic neighbourghood located south-east of the Central Station (Termini), a mix of working class old ladies, families, students and immigrants.
It is absolutely safe and central, but it is not Piazza di Spagna :-)
Every morning you will find a food market (200 mt from my apartement) that takes place in the pedestrian area, while in the same spot in the evenings you will find plenty of bars and restaurants.
The area is very well connected to downtown. Many buses take you there and the tram takes you to Termini in 10 minutes (where you have the metro stop)
