Our flat is located in a classical Haussmannian nineteenth century building at the fifth floor (with lift and staircases) on a large boulevard with rows of trees ("Boulevard des Batignolles").

It is very light, airy, and well-furnished. Its surface is over 160 sq m, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large and sunny living- dining room and 1 full-equipped kitchen.

The large living room (45 sq m) is facing south with 3 windows opening on the Boulevard. On the left, you can see Montmartre and the “Sacré Coeur”. It is manly furnished with 1 large-sized couche and 2 armchairs, a dining-table with 6 chairs ; there typical parisian fire-place (with a very nice old mirror) that we use sometimes during autumn or winter.

There is a large and LCD TV with a DVD driver ; you have access to cable TV (with a range of international channels like BBC or CNN). You have also access to internet in the whole apartment thanks to wifi.

A long corridor leads to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen.

The kitchen is full equipped (boiler, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine, heating machine...) and is quite large for a parisian one (approx 12 sq m) permitting to have lunch or dinner with 6 people.

The flat has a cosy master bedroom, with its own bathroom (shower, lavatory and toilet) , equipped with french bed (140 large mattress. There are 3 other bedrooms equipped with 1 bunk bed, cupboards, 1 desk in each.

Our building is very quiet (with a little interior garden), with a building superintendent and people very respectful of their neighbours.

Our apartment is ideal to experience a typical Parisian neighbourhood : Les Batignolles, with its galleries, shops, restaurants, park and its organic market each Saturday.

Close to “le village des Batignolles” , with many restaurants (some are not expensive and very good ! ) and shops, it is located near Place Clichy metro station (with its movie theatres), 5 minutes walk from Saint Lazare train station (direct trains to Versailles Castle).

You have many buses lines, permitting you to go all around Paris (specially to the Champs Elysées), very conveniently. You can also use the subway to reach conveniently all the museums, centres of attraction in paris and its surroundings.

One can reach the famous Parc Monceau Park and have a very pleasant walk in one of the most reputed park of Paris.
It is also close (10-15 minutes walk) to Opéra and “Grands magasins” (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette, …department stores).

A bicycle track, just in front our building, will permit you to reach very quickly Champs Elysées for instance. You can rent bikes for one hour, one day or one month.
